Dumpster Rental Pricing: Understanding Your Options
When it comes to waste management on a construction project, choosing the right pricing structure for your dumpster rental can make a big difference. At Triad Trash LLC, we offer two different pricing options to meet the needs of our customers: flat rate pricing and pull rate pricing.
Flat Rate Pricing
Flat rate pricing is best for customers who only need one dumpster for a short-term project. This option includes disposal (up to the specified included amount listed on our website), delivery, and pickup for a flat rate. This pricing structure is great for customers such as:
Homeowners undergoing a renovation
Small businesses completing a remodel
Property managers handling eviction cleanouts
Event planners organizing a one-time event
Landscapers completing a one-time job
Pull Rate Pricing
On the other hand, pull rate pricing is designed for contractors or projects that will need continued dumpster servicing over a longer period of time. Under this pricing structure, customers pay for each delivery, swap out, or pickup of the dumpster (also known as a “pull”). This pricing structure is ideal for customers such as:
Construction companies managing multiple sites
Demolition contractors working on large projects
Landscaping companies with ongoing maintenance contracts
Event production companies with multiple events throughout the year
It’s important to note that pull rate does not include disposal tonnage that is billed at $50 per ton.
