What is the difference between "Flat Rate" and "Haul Rate" Dumpster Pricing?
If you only need one dumpster per project, and not expecting multiple swap outs, go to the Rent Dumpster tab and start a flat rate dumpster rental reservation.
If you are the type of customer that will need more than one dumpster or even ongoing scheduled waste disposal services, you can benefit from “Haul Rate” pricing. Here’s a breakdown on how they are different and how Haul Rate Pricing can be cheaper after multiple services.

Which one is right for you?
Haul Rate pricing is designed for customers who require a dumpster on-site and need it emptied on a regular basis or on demand. This option is ideal for home builders, construction sites, renovation projects, contractors, businesses, lay down yards, and tradespeople. With Haul Rate pricing, you pay only for the specific services you need—such as delivery, pickup, or swap—ensuring you don’t incur charges for unnecessary services, like paying for both delivery and pickup when you already have a dumpster on site and only require a swap out.
Step One
Dumpster Delivery
We send out 1 or multiple dumpsters to your project. Deliveries are a reduced rate for the service.
Step Two
Swap / Haul
Once the container is full, have it swapped out for an empty one as needed or on a routine schedule. You only pay the “Haul Rate” and for your exact disposal weight.
Step Three
Final Pickup
When the project is completed we will pick up the dumpster. You pay the Haul Charge and for your exact disposal weight.

How It Works & Why Haul Rate Pricing Can Be More Affordable
With Standard Rate pricing the Delivery, Pickup and Disposal are all included in one price. When you pay per "Haul" you only pay for the specific service you need and the EXACT tonnage. When we swap out or pick up the full container, it gets dumped at the disposal facility and then an invoice is created and sent based off of the disposal weight.
