What Size dumpster do you need?
small dumpster
Our small dumpsters are 12 cubic yard dumpsters, perfect for small to small – medium sized waste disposal projects. These dumpsters are easy to load, easy to place, and ideal for projects such as home renovation, small commercial construction, and yard clean-up.
Medium Dumpster
The medium 16 cubic yard dumpsters are great for residential renovation projects, construction sites with limited space, home cleanouts, and events. Medium dumpsters will typically fit within a parking space and are big enough to hep substantial amounts of waste.
Large DUmpster
The large dumpster rentals include both 20 and 30 cubic yard dumpsters. These large dumpsters are great for large construction and demolition projects, landscape clearing projects, major home remodeling, new construction and industrial projects.

We typically schedule deliveries for the next business day, but depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate same-day delivery requests if you let us know in time.

Prohibited materials typically include hazardous waste like paints, chemicals, and asbestos, as well as tires, electronics, refrigerators, and car batteries.
Flat rate pricing includes both delivery and pickup, along with a set amount of tonnage included in the price. Pull rate pricing customers pay only for the haul and exact tonnage they need, whether it’s a delivery, swap, or final pickup. At least two pulls must be made per month to qualify for pull rate pricing.
The benefit of pull rate pricing is the cost savings of having multiple dumpsters and not paying full flat rate pricing for each dumpster.
Pull rate pricing is for customer who rent multiple containers or have continuous needs for ongoing onsite waste handling. Larger projects where dumpsters will be swapped out more than one time usually benefit from pull rate pricing. Customers only needing one dumpster for a specified amount of time will benefit from FLAT RATE pricing to make things simple.
We accept major credit cards and checks. New customers must pay upfront, while established customers may have post-service billing arrangements.
To extend the rental period or request additional dumpsters, contact us before your current rental term ends. Additional fees may apply, usually a per-day rate depending on how long you need it. We’ll work with you!
If the weight limit is exceeded, additional charges are applied at a pro-rated $55 per ton over the agreed limit. The rate is pro-rated so you only pay for what you dispose.
